My New York journey thus far has been eye-opening. Leaving the comfort of my family home in Texas with the hopes of furthering my career, has amounted to various challenges.

One of my greatest challenges, the one that I face everyday, is the struggle to afford a place to live amidst the city's skyrocketing rent prices. This dilemma inspired me to reminisce, ultimately creating this narrative symphony of sounds and images, a painting of sorts, about what it feels like to truly have a place to call your "casa".
